1996 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo- 38k original miles!

If you are looking for a 993 Twin Turbo and you are VERY particular, this might be your car. Here is the story. This particular Turbo was sold new in Southern California and resided with its original owner until 2003 when it was sold and brought to Washington. It has had 3 local owners since then, this is a repeat visitor for me!

As many of my clients know I am VERY particular and the car was easily a top tier car but did show some of the very typical light wear you would see after 20 years and 38k miles. Almost every 993TT that I see on the market shows this typical evidence; I wanted this car to stand out! We embarked on a project where we went over the car with a fine tooth comb using my experience in the Porsche concours world. Absolutely ANYTTHING that was less than concours quality was cleaned, polished, serviced or replaced. 3 months of exhaustive work and almost $25k later the car is truly head and shoulders above the rest. I wont bore you to tears with the minutiae of all the small pieces, but to give you an idea we even replaced the always-missing .25-cent rubber plugs in the mirror bases! Some of the bigger items:

Refinished all 4 wheels including the barrels to show perfect. (Not your typical wheel repair, these were stripped and refinished in OEM paint in a paint booth!)
4 new Continental Extreme Contact tires
4 new OE rotors, pads and sensors (front and rear)
Refinished the brake calipers
All new lenses on the front- headlights, fog lights, marker lights. For those of you who have had a 993 you know how the headlights show yellowing on the reflectors… These are all crisp as new!
Refinished the bottom side of the front bumper cover as they always have scratches from careless parking and steep driveways.
Replaced the factory stone guards
All told the punch list had probably 50+ small items, its just paying attention to the small details that will make this car stand out!
The car is finished in the always-popular Polar Silver Metallic on Black full leather.]. The paint on the car is absolutely unbelievable, it is a deep, lustrous blue-silver with no swirls or imperfections which mar the classic lines of the car. Most cars look better in pictures, this is the exception. This car looks better in person!

The interior of the car is likewise pristine and without issue. Everything works as designed and the AC blows cold.
Mechanically the car is without reproach. I have both pored over the car from underneath and spent considerable time driving the car. It is that rare example that is mechanically pristine from the bottom side and drives exactly how it should. No leaks, no stories, no excuses!
