In addition to the original options the following upgrades have been made:

Mechanically the cars runs and drives just as a 993 should, which is to say superb! Everything on the car works as designed, air conditioning blows cold, etc. It is current on all service and comes complete with an extensive service history. The great thing about his car is that the majority of the bigger service or maintenance issues that crop up on 993’s have been addressed with this car. I have a complete history on the car, but here are the most recent big items:
-62,266 miles- New Clutch
-59,080 miles- 60k mile service- oil and filter, fuel filter, 2 cabin air filters, 12 new sparkplugs, transmission fluid. The following repairs were also made: New right side window switch, new rear spoiler curtain, new lower valve cover gaskets, re-seal cam chain covers, crankshaft pulley seal and re-seal the intermediate plate “O” ring.
53,134- Install new Bilstein PSS10 suspension kit, aligned and corner balanced
50,212- New battery
49,380- New AC evaporator (HUGE job and a known 993 issue)
48,505- Brake fluid flush, annual service, all new drive belts, new climate control series resistor
The body and paint are very nice having had 3M paint protection film covering the front bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors. There are some scratches underneath the front bumper due to the low ride height and some road wear behind the rear wheels (why didn’t Porsche put clear film BEHIND the wheels…). The interior is likewise clean with no unsightly wear, smells, etc. Just a very nice 993 that you would be proud to own yet not so flawless that you are afraid to take a 1,000 mile weekend trip just for the hell of it!
The car comes complete with all books, 2 keys, key codes, radio code, tool kit, air pump and a complete service history. These are truly amazing cars, what are you waiting for?
