It is scarcely hard to believe that it has been 10 years since Porsche introduced the 991.1. This chassis was the 1st radical departure in the history of the water-cooled 911 era, as the 996-997-997.2 shared much of the same platform over the preceding 13 years. The 991 was larger, faster, safer, more efficient, more comfortable and yet managed to trim nearly 100lbs of curb weight due to a greater use of Aluminum and other exotic materials. The coveted wide body Carrera 4S variant debut’d in 2013 and in many ways was the ideal perfect fit for an everyday 911. Fast, comfortable, capable in all weather and with its flared rear haunches, it looks the business!
Now if you have spent much time shopping for a 991 you will know the challenge is finding one with the “right” options and color combo. I literally look everywhere, find a car that looks promising then BAM I notice it is missing a critical option or has a goofy color combo. This 991 is wearing 100% original paint, as verified by paint meter and has never been damaged in any fashion. The CarFax and title are of course clean. The entire front end is covered with Paint Protection Film (PPF) . There is a some very minor rash on the bottom right edge of the front bumper cover and one scuff in the PPF on the bumper. Otherwise the car is remarkably clean. It is a car you would be proud to own.
The 4 year 40,000 mile service was completed last April (32,620 miles) and included all fluids, spark plugs, replacing front and rear CV boots, both front auxiliary fan assemblies and replacing both rear PPF flare guards. It is scheduled to go in next week for an annual service and detail so that it is current on everything.
The car comes complete with both original keys, all the books/manuals and the original window sticker.
