2007 Porsche 997 Carrera S-Meteor Gray on Black Full Leather, 6-speed, PCCB Brakes, Sport Exhaust, $10k in service just completed, literally a NEW 997 w/ just 6k miles! Best one anywhere!

Its the summer of 2007 and you are leafing thru the Porsche 911 Catalog as you mentally configure your “dream” spec… Sure, its a slight stretch of your budget but you expect to make partner by the end of the year and you can swing the ~$1,700 payment if you trade in your E36 M3…. Then in August the world stops revolving and by December the news is playing images of the Great Depression on seemingly endless loop…. You thought your chance to own a “new” 997 Carrera S had slipped thru your fingers…. alas it has come back! Who says you don’t get a 2nd chance!

This 2007 Carrera S was sold new at our local Porsche dealer, Barrier Porsche in early 2007 and after a couple years it was sold locally to the current owner. Thru twists and turns of life the car just simply did not see much use, but was a cherished treasure for the owner. Recently arriving at CVLC it was treated to the complete treatment befitting its quality and status. Here is what we just completed:

• Full 40k major service including all fluids, filters, spark plugs, etc…

As you can imagine this car is about as pristine as you could imagine.. It has always been carefully stored inside, has never seen inclement weather, kids/pets/commuting/etc and is 100% original paint. No stories or excuses of any kind. No car of course is “perfect” so I will disclose there are a few marks on the bumper cover near the front right turn signal lens and a slight indent just left of the center (doesn’t really capture in the photo, have to get the light just right).

The car of course comes with the original window sticker, both keys and all the books and manuals.

So, lets talk $$ for a moment.. You could buy yout “typical” 997.1 C2S with ~50k miles, with the commiserate wear/tear, standard options, in need of current servicing, tires and detail for ~$55-60k… Not a bad option for sure…. OR you can buy this one for ~$30k more and move past all those little nits that deep down you know will bother you…. Your call, either option is ok! I know what I would choose…
